applicable to bright quenching, carburizing,
carbonnitriding of mechanical parts in batch, such as bearings, fasteners, chains,
hardware tools, accessories of bicycles and automobiles, etc. in controlled atmosphere.
Features:
● Net belt transmission is supported by roller
in synchronous rotation and the operation is stable. Thanks to small tension of
net belt, its service life is effectively extended.
● A pre-heating chamber
set at the front end of the quenching furnace pre-heat workpieces by means of afterheat
of returning net belt so as to save energy.
● Adoption of LV supply by transformer
prolongs service life of radiant tubes.
● Plug-in electric radiant tubes are
adopted as heating components with convenience for replacement.
● The action
of complete equipment is under centralized control of PLC with high degree of automation.
