Application:
This furnace is applicable to quenching, tempering
or both quenching and tempering of mechanical parts of optical shaft and flat bottom
categories in batch, and can be also used for quenching and tempering of medium
and small-sized forgings.
Features:
● The operation of
rollers adopts variable frequency stepless speed regulation and is applicable to
heat treatment process of various parts.
● Opening/closing of furnace door
and feeding/discharging are all under automatic control with low energy consumption.
● Heating components are of plug-in type with convenience for replacement.
● Furnace temperature is under zone control, enabling homogeneous temperature
and high temperature control accuracy.
● The whole production line is under
centralized control of PLC with high degree of automation.
