This production line employs heating by resistance,
delivery by roller, multi-layer spraying and cooling, longitudinal large circulatory
tempering. The production line is applicable to quenching and tempering as well
as quenching and tempering heat treatment of mechanical parts such as track roller,
etc.

in zones, multiple kinds of hardness can be obtained at one time and the requirement
of some parts for different hardness on different positions can be satisfied.
● Opening/closing of furnace door and feeding/discharging are all under automatic

● Plug-in electric radiant tubes are adopted
as heating components with convenience for replacement.
● The whole production
line is under centralized control of PLC with high degree of automation.
