This furnace is applicable to pressurized
tempering of thin workpieces, including medium and small-sized steel parts in batch
such as saw bits, friction plates of automobiles and blades, etc.
Features:
● Thin workpieces are treated by pressurized tempering in pressure
tempering furnace to eliminate residual stress produced during quenching, reduce
deformation of workpieces and improve plasticity and ductility of materials so as
to achieve perfect comprehensive mechanical properties.
● Settle down contradiction
between planeness and hardness of thin workpieces.
● Improve production rate
and satisfy the need of production of products in large batch.
