Applicable to quenching of aluminum alloy
tubes and bars. (special design is made as required by customers, the max. length
of the quenched workpieces is ≥10m.)
Features:
● Furnace
lining adopts full-fiber structure being light and energy saving.
● Large
air volume high-temperature and double-speed circulating fan is equipped to enable
degree of homogeneity of furnace temperature ≤±5℃.
● Electric components employ
bayonet type heaters in simple structure and convenient assembly and disassembly.
● Lifting mechanism is fast and stable, transfer time of workpieces is ≤7s.
● In quenching tank a rocker arm device is equipped for convenient and reliable
feeding and discharging.
